Thank you for choosing AXNOVA as your partner. To ensure a smooth, efficient, and internationally compliant transaction process, we hereby provide this General Export Declaration, which outlines our standard trade terms, conditions, and operational procedures.

Pearl Seven Co., Ltd.  a company organized and existing under the laws of Thailand, with its principal place of business at Samut Prakan, Thailand (The company that owns the AXNOVA brand).

Price and Payment Terms

  • Price terms: USD
  • Trade Term: FOB Laem Chabang
  • Payment shall be made via one of the following methods:  1. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): 30% as a deposit within 7 days after signing this Agreement, and the remaining 70% balance against the copy of shipping documents. 2.Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight:To be issued by a prime bank acceptable to the Seller, reaching the Seller at least 30 days before the shipment date. The L/C shall be subject to the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP 600).

Product Compliance & Quality Standards.

  • All products supplied by us strictly adhere to the specifications, models, and quality standards as stipulated in the sales contract. We guarantee that all exported goods comply with relevant Thai export regulations and the technical agreements mutually agreed upon.
  • Quality Inspection: Prior to shipment, a final inspection will be conducted according to our internal quality control procedures. Should the client have special requirements, we can cooperate with third-party inspection agencies (e.g., SGS, BV, etc.) for Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI).
  • Sample Policy: Before mass production, a pre-production sample will be provided for client approval. The quality of the final products will be benchmarked against the client-approved sample.

Packaging & Marking Specifications

  • We understand the importance of secure packaging for long-distance transportation. All goods are packed in standard export-quality packaging suitable for sea/air freight.

  • Wooden Packaging: If solid wood pallets or crates are used, we strictly comply with the ISPM 15 international standard, conducting fumigation and providing the corresponding Fumigation Certificate.
  • “MADE IN THAILAND”Origin Marking: Each outer package will be clearly and durably marked with “MADE IN THAILAND”, along with the shipping marks designated by the client.

Standard Export Documentation

To assist you in clearing customs at the port of destination smoothly, we will provide the following set of standard documents:

  • Commercial Invoice: Detailing product description, unit price, total amount, and Harmonized System (HS) Code.
  • Packing List: Including gross weight, net weight, volume, and detailed packing information for each carton.
  • Bill of Lading/Air Waybill: Full set of clean “On Board” Bill of Lading or Air Waybill, prepared strictly according to client instructions.
  • Certificate of Origin (C/O): Can assist in obtaining various Certificates of Origin issued by official Thai authorities (e.g., Department of International Trade or Thai Chamber of Commerce) as per client’s request, such as:Form E: For exports to China, benefiting from preferential tariffs under the ASEAN-China Free Trade Area. RCEP Certificate: For exports to RCEP member countries.Form A: For countries benefiting from the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP). General C/O: For other countries.

Shipment & Logistics Notification

We commit to providing timely shipping advice after the goods are loaded, allowing you to arrange subsequent matters.

  • Shipping Advice: Within 24 hours of loading, we will email a “Shipping Advice” containing the vessel/flight name, Bill of Lading number, ETD/ETA, and scanned copies of all documents.
  • Pre-Arrival Notice: We will send a reminder before the goods’ estimated arrival to ensure you have ample time to prepare for customs clearance.

Disclaimer

  • The terms in this declaration represent our standard export policy. The final terms and conditions for a specific transaction shall be governed by the Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice formally signed by both parties. This declaration does not constitute a legally binding offer.
